After looking into this title further it appears to be a very early version of an art application, its kind of interesting, the colors do also appear to just be RGB (Red greed and blue).
The dot in the middle is you, that is, the dot indicates where you are on the screen. The Hand Controller Works in Doodle. Either hand controller will work in Doodle.
