MMORTS Mode:

In the persistent online MMORTS mode, players engage in large-scale conflicts across a single-shard universe, meaning everyone shares the same game world. Whether you’re aiming to retake the Solar System to end your exile or becoming a trade mogul by selling ships and resources, the game offers countless strategic possibilities. You can fight for control of star systems, create alliances, place bounties on enemies or pirates, and manage your fleets even while offline. Resources are harvested, and combat continues automatically when you’re away, but you can also defend yourself by using disruptors that slow enemy travel time for up to 24 hours, giving you time to prepare for major battles.

Single-Player Skirmish Mode:

For those who prefer solo play, Stardust Exile offers a single-player skirmish mode where you can generate galaxies of different sizes, densities, and characteristics. You can customize the gameplay with research and tech trees, planetary outposts, pirate NPCs, and more. Choose from pre-defined modes like "End Exile," where your goal is to reclaim the Solar System, or "Galactic War," a grand conflict where victory is determined by the empire with the most resources. You can also create your own scenarios and set unique victory conditions, offering limitless replayability.
